Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Driver, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for:
* Welcoming all clients who visit the dealership with a friendly demeanour.
* Picking up customer vehicles from their home, workplace, or other locations.
* Providing courtesy drives for customers to their desired destination, whether home or work.
* Assisting in managing a busy and fast-paced car park.
* Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor at the dealership.
* Working closely with Service Advisors to create a personalised customer experience.
About you:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
* A commitment to providing the highest level of service.
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* An outgoing, warm, and bubbly demeanour.
* Intermediate skills in using computers and software.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* A commitment to maintaining a professional image at all times.
* Must hold a valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
