We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Cyber Security Technology team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance and reporting, with experience working with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication, and the ability to connect with team members from diverse backgrounds.
This is a hybrid project environment where you will utilize a broad range of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project, to support your day-to-day activities and enhance visibility and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate agile events, manage blockers, track and monitor critical initiatives, engage stakeholders, and promote a continuous improvement mindset.
* Collaborate with Cyber Platforms Product teams, such as Cryptography, Data Engineering, and Service Reliability Engineering.
* Work closely with Project Delivery teams to facilitate effective delivery across the broader team.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Agile Team Facilitator within the financial services industry.
2. Experience in project governance and reporting, with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.
3. Good interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication, and ability to connect with team members.
4. Knowledge of different project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
