- Implement the Customer Service Strategy and communicate the state plan and how this relates to the overall strategy for the Refuse, Sweeper & Aftersales
- Gather market intelligence to understand customer requirements and create a plan for customer solutions
- Manage and support staff to ensure our people can deliver
- Manage an effective Customer Conquest Plan with targeted call cycles
- Develop an annual capital and expense budget for the Service department
- Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

Reporting to the State Manager, the customer service manager will build sustainable relationships with current and potential customers in Service and Parts and in supporting new equipment sales. They will deal with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the strategy of the site. They will support the state manager in all matters for the customer service centre. They will also ensure profitability of customer service centre parts and service in accordance with Budget.
If you have experience working in a similiar automotive role or have experience as a Light or Heavy Vehicle mechanic this may be the role for you.
This role would be full-time Mon-Fri 6am to 2pm, however there may be overtime options.
**About the Role**:
- Implement the Customer Service Strategy and communicate the state plan and how this relates to the overall strategy for the Refuse, Sweeper & Aftersales
- Gather market intelligence to understand customer requirements and create a plan for customer solutions
- Manage and support staff to ensure our people can deliver

- Work closely with the Regional Sales, Parts and State Managers to help position the company as a leading provider of aftersales support in the industry
- Define and implement customer response procedures by ensuring customer service standards are met and addressed based on these standards
- Solve complex problems, manage escalations ad make decisions on a wide range of matters with in the delegated authority
- Drive a strong Safety and Environmental performance culture in every aspect of daily work
- Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
About you:
- Previous Experience in a Manager or Supervisor role
- Previous Experience with Customer Service
- Valid driver's license
- Have a strong knowledge of OHS procedures
- Work in a team environment
