Role Overview

As the Senior Influencer Manager, you will play a fundamental role within the agency's broader social offering, reporting into the Head of Social. You will lead the development and execution of innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive meaningful brand impact and commercial results.

Responsible for end-to-end management of influencer partnerships, content creation, and campaign delivery. You will work closely with Account Service, Creative, and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns within wider social and advertising initiatives, maximising reach and ROI. Balancing hands-on leadership with strategic vision, you will work closely with the Head of Social and other key stakeholders to drive growth, navigate complex talent negotiations, and deliver consistent, high-quality influencer programs that enhance the agency's social capability.

* Support the strategic leadership of the social and influencer division by providing day-to-day direction and ensuring all work aligns to broader agency and client objectives.
* Partner with the Head of Social on divisional vision, integrated planning, and cross-discipline collaboration (creative, media, account service, production).
* Contribute to strategic ideas and content approaches that deliver on key business and campaign KPIs
* Lead the end-to-end management of influencer led campaigns across the full advertising ecosystem.


Talent Sourcing & Negotiation

* Lead negotiations with influencers, creators and talent agents, ensuring partnerships align with brand values, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes.
* Engage the Head of Social for guidance on high-profile talent, complex negotiations, or cross-agency initiatives.
* Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies and industry partners to support ongoing campaign needs.
* Oversee the development, execution and optimisation of influencer, creator and social campaigns across all advertising activity.
* Ensure content and creator assets are fully integrated into paid media strategies, including amplification, whitelisting, spark ads, and performance-based optimisations.
* Manage timelines, deliverables, content approvals, usage rights and stakeholder communication across all campaigns.
* Ensure campaigns are measurable, scalable and aligned to overarching brand and agency goals.


Reporting & Analytics

* Oversee campaign measurement across influencer first programs
* Analyse performance using both social KPIs and paid media indicators such as reach, efficiency, engagement quality, cost-per-result and ROI.
* Provide insights and strategic recommendations for continual improvement and future planning.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality reporting frameworks across all campaigns.


Governance, Process & Operational Excellence

* Lead governance practices across budgeting, contracting, compliance, creator usage rights and content approvals.
* Manage budget planning and cost control for influencer and social activity, ensuring efficient financial stewardship.
* Identify improvements to operational workflows, processes and tools to drive divisional efficiency and scalability.
* Uphold agency standards in brand safety, legal requirements and influencer disclosure guidelines.


Team Management & Capability Building

* Mentor Account Service and Social Managers around best practice influencer implementation across the business
* Lead by example as an accessible, knowledgeable senior practitioner.
* Contribute to a productive, motivated and effective team environment that consistently delivers high-quality work.


What You'll Bring

* Expertise in Influencer Marketing: You have deep experience (4+ years) in digital/social and influencer marketing.
* Planning & Strategy: You have planning experience in Influencer Marketing and can blend ideas with data to develop campaigns that push boundaries.
* Strong Communication & Client Skills: You thrive in client-facing roles, presenting innovative ideas and building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Can-do attitude and solution-based thinking: You understand that social and influencer marketing is a fast paced, always on, constant evolving media channel and you have the desire to lead, evolve, change strategies as required to stay ahead. You understand that what may have worked in the past with content may not work tomorrow and that excites you.
* Comfortable reviewing performance and social data in partnership with strategists and social media managers, helping translate key insights into practical recommendations based on business needs and understanding
* Contributes to proposals and new business responses with practical channel and delivery input
