About the role
Caboolture Automatic Gates' is seeking a driven and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our Caboolture-based team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.
What you'll be doing
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
* Handle incoming inquiries, preparing quotes, and customer service
* Assist with the preparation of project documentation and site scheduling
* Contribute to the operational support of manufacturing and site install teams
* Support the director with book keeping and general admin duties
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within the Trades based business or similar
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with CRM systems and sales administration would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
