Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Host Responsibility Coordinator. This critical role involves ensuring the well-being of our customers, identifying signs of problematic gambling behaviour or alcohol-related issues, and providing support to staff in their efforts to promote responsible gaming practices.
Responsibilities
* Monitor all customers for signs of problematic gambling behaviour and/or alcohol related issues.
* Negotiate realistic outcomes to support individuals to gamble within their means.
* Build professional relationships with customers, staff, and external services as required.
* Report to senior staff and regulators as needed on Host Responsibility activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need outstanding negotiation, written and communication skills, a genuine desire to help people change for the better, and a warm, empathetic, and approachable personality. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is equally important. Previous experience in the gaming industry, welfare or community service environments is highly regarded but not essential.

Working Environment
This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work autonomously and have the availability to work a 24x7 rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
