The Opportunity:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Engineer to join a growing and dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership while taking an active role in the design, coordination and delivery of engineering projects from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Undertaking engineering design and technical analysis tasks while ensuring all work is completed accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation, standards and project requirements.
* Managing or supporting the delivery of engineering projects including preparing specifications, reports, plans and cost estimates while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Assisting with contract administration and project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and contractual obligations.
* Maintaining close collaboration with senior engineers and project leaders to ensure quality control, reporting and successful project outcomes.
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation including proposals, project plans and internal management system records throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in engineering design, documentation and project delivery.
* Strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD and relevant project management or engineering software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities.
