**Duties**
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Generate and manage all customer invoicing processes
- Process monthly direct debit payments
- Investigate and solve customer queries
- Following up on outstanding debt
- Account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end processing
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Setting up new accounts
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- General ad hoc duties assigned by your manager
**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes
- Previous experience within Accounts Receivable
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to multi-ask
- Intermediate excel skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
