The Job Responsibilities
* Attending completed homes during the 12-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues
* Completing minor repairs on-site where appropriate
* Conducting structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio
* Liaising directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
* Coordinating with the maintenance team to book and manage trades for larger or specialised repairs
* Maintaining detailed records and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements for Success
* Previous experience in residential maintenance or construction supervision
* Trade background preferred but not essential
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to juggle time on-site and in-office effectively
* A proactive, customer-focused approach
