**About the role**:
As our Sales Support, you will be a key contributor and play an important role in the success of our Adelaide team.
The successful applicant will provide support to the wholesale and sales representatives, all whilst gaining valuable knowledge and insight into the electrical industry and one of its market leaders. This role has a solid administration focus.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Assisting the Wholesale and Sales team with administrative duties
- Producing and updating reports for the Sales team
- Maintaining and coordinating marketing inventory
- Assisting in the planning, organising and executing of various sales functions, meetings and conferences as required
- Ensuring databases are updated regularly to reflect current information on customer contact details
- Assisting with travel coordination as required for the sales team
- Performing nominated administrative and ad hoc tasks as required for effective operation of the Sales function
**What you will bring to the role**:
- A minimum of 2 years administration experience (experience working in an office desired)
- Experience working with multiple departments and external stakeholders
- IT savvy, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel)
- Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work
- Personable, genuine style with a 'positive' attitude
