Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to oversee multiple business units, ensuring they work together smoothly and efficiently. This role is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, aligning operations with business goals, and achieving financial, commercial, and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and high performance, and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving the long-term success of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance market position and drive long-term success.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximise profitability and support financial health.
* Operational Excellence: Streamline operations and implement effective processes to ensure smooth daily functions.
* Commercial & Market Growth: Analyse market trends, develop pricing strategies, and identify expansion opportunities.
* Franchise Oversight: Maintain consistency in brand standards and operational best practices across all franchise and corporate owned locations.
* Team Leadership & Culture: Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team that embraces accountability and collaboration.
* Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
* Customer Experience & Brand Identity: Champion initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.


Requirements:

* Demonstrated success in a senior management or GM role, ideally within a FMCG retail or franchise environment.
* Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
* Proven ability to lead teams, drive business performance, and execute on strategic goals.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
* Experience managing multi-site operations and maintaining consistent brand execution.
* Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
* Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
