* Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
* Customer Experience & Brand Identity: Champion initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in a senior management or GM role, ideally within a FMCG retail or franchise environment.
* Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
* Proven ability to lead teams, drive business performance, and execute on strategic goals.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
* Experience managing multi-site operations and maintaining consistent brand execution.
* Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
* Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
