About The Role
WorkPac is currently in search of a Property Manager to join our esteemed client's team, based in Hillarys. This position is a full-time permanent position with our client.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Manage a residential portfolio of approximately properties
* Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare condition reports
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople
* Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures
* Prepare and lodge lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
* Manage rent collection, arrears, and bond lodgements
* Handle tenancy disputes and attend tribunal hearings if required
Skills And Experience
* Minimum 12 months experience
* Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practices
* Proficient in using Property Me or similar property management software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades
* Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities
* Ability to conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests independently
* Current WA Drivers Licence (essential)
* A current Property Management Registration (REIWA or DMIRS) is required
