Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and drive continuous improvement to support project teams in maintaining a safe workplace.
* Promote and facilitate the Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plan to staff, vendors, and sub-contractors on site.
* Monitor HSE performance of project/site teams and contractors, ensuring that activities comply with related legislation and company policy.
* Coordinate safety toolbox meetings with staff and subcontractor personnel.
* Conduct HSE inspections, audits, investigations, and training/awareness.
* Assist in the development and compilation of relevant HSE documentation.
