A successful Venue Manager is a leader and problem solver who can drive customer satisfaction and team engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
* Managing daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer interactions
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized restaurant environment
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and partners

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality management, demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for driving business growth and improvement.
