About the opportunity
This role provides quality administration assistance to our Building Services & Insurance team.
As the Administration Assistant, we are looking for someone who:
Always present professionally and fit for work.
Can complete tasks as directed within timeframes.
Participate in operations planning, toolbox, and safety meetings.
Can communicate effectively with clients.
To be successful, you will have:
Positive work attitude
Ability to organize, prioritise and use initiative
High-quality data entry skills and experience with Office software
Simpro and MYOB experience highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team.
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to pass Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
Duties include:
Raising job sheets
Accounts Payable/Receivable
