An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of a key growth region, drive strategic sales outcomes, and expand the footprint across commercial and residential market sectors.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and a track record of building and closing business at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead sales and business development across the region, managing full-cycle strategic initiatives
* Identify new market sectors, generate leads, and close business for both existing and pipeline-stage offerings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and partners
* Drive performance against budgeted sales targets and KPIs
* Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and reporting
* Contribute to sales team development and lead improvement across processes and client experience
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a business development or sales leadership role
* Strong background in the tile, benchtop, or commercial fit-out sectors (preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategy, manage budgets, and close high-value deals
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot
* Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
