- - These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight

- This role requires availability to work 6:00am to 9:30pm
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

- If you are successful for this role, your contract with IKEA will commence from Monday 13th October 2025
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- - Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have:
- - A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
- A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail.
- A 'Togetherness' mindset where you'll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
- Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently.
- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
