- Managing and mentoring the reception/admin team
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Analysing data to identify areas for improvement in the customer service experience
- Managing the clinic's appointment scheduling system
- Working closely with a team of doctors.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- Experience managing a reception/administration team, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
