About the role:
* Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using Clinique’s dermatologist-developed approach
* Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term client relationships
* Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance
* Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and treatment systems
* Educate clients on tailored routines and product benefits to help them achieve their best skin
* Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and visually merchandised to Clinique standards
* Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
* Participate in in-store events, launches, and brand activations
* Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter environment
* Represent the Clinique brand with professional grooming, presentation, and a passion for skin health
