The Role If you have a passion for great Italian food and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant, this could be your role.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes: 2-3 years' experience in restaurants, hotels or brasseries A passion for casual Italian dining with experience across the kitchen Well presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchen Good work ethic, attitude and communication Able to manage a section and train junior chefs Knowledge of Italian cuisine and using a wood-fired oven is a bonus.
