The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial insurance repair projects across the Toowoomba and surrounding region, overseeing claims from assessment through to completion.
The position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being on the ground ensuring quality delivery.
Because the company’s head office is in Brisbane, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home when not on the road, supported by a passionate Construction Manager who’s hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in developing his team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise insurance repair projects (domestic & commercial)
Conduct inspections, scopes, and variations
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
Estimate and manage claims

Experience in insurance building or general construction (domestic and/or commercial)
Strong understanding of scoping, estimating, and supervision
