Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated willingness to work across the lifespan.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
* Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel.
* Knowledge of different funding models (NDIS, My Aged Care, WorkCover, Medicare, DVA, Private Insurance).
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive functional assessments.
* Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
* Provide interventions to improve clients' daily function.
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
* Contribute to service and business development initiatives.
Remuneration & Contractor Benefits
Two remuneration models are available:
• Hourly rate: $90–$100 per hour plus super (casual employment).
• Contractor option: 65–70% of revenue raised.
Both models include:
• Access to internal PD and mentoring, including weekly triage/case review, clinical mentoring, shadowing, and supervision.
• Admin support for bookings, enquiries, and service agreements.
• Kilometre reimbursement for client travel.
• Resources and therapy kits provided to support service delivery.
• Opportunities to work across mobile, clinic, and telehealth service delivery.
