What You’ll Be Doing As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship training Scheduling on-site and in-house training with employers Monitoring student progress Student life-cycle administration tasks Communicating with students, trainers, and employers. If you’re: Confident and professional on the phone and in person Friendly, helpful, and a team player Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes Great with detail and like to stay organised Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
