Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily and weekly teams' work schedules
* Lead, guide and develop team members working across various projects from apprentices to team leaders
* Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
* Inspect finalised horticulture projects to ensure contract requirements are met
* Build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You
* Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens
* 5 years' experience in a similar role
* People leadership and performance management experience is essential
* Experience with using computer software including MS Office
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
* White Card
* Valid Drivers' license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
