Join our mob as a MobTech - Tech Cadet and kickstart your career in technology with Westpac or already started in your tech career journey and looking for an opportunity to further enhance your learning and experience! We’ll train you and help you build your future in Australia's oldest bank. This full-time role is available in Sydney. All you need is an interest in tech and transformation, and the right attitude! How does the program work and what support will I get? You'll start with 10-18 weeks of training in Data Analytics or IT Support. During this time, you'll be supported by instructors and a dedicated First Nation Mentor. You'll also join our group orientation and connect with our ‘Brothers and Sisters’ support network. After training, you'll work with amazing leaders and make a real impact. Regular check-ins with other cadets and leaders will help you build your skills and network. What do I need? A keen interest in technology and transformation. Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, email, video conferencing). Satisfactory results in language, literacy, and numerical skills.
