This role involves providing technical support to end-users across the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, applications, and meeting room technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and support end-user devices, applications, and meeting room technology.
* Ensure smooth operation of printers, scanners, AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and onsite server room components.
* Respond promptly to technology issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for professional applications and end-user devices.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitor device security, apply controls, and maintain data integrity.
* Configure and maintain end-user devices.
* Gather user feedback and support continuous improvement of digital services.
