**Position Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Monitor and address assigned work within the support queue, escalating issues as necessary to meet business needs, and identifying and communicating business workarounds.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to developers, analysts, administrators, and management on code review, design, and problem-solving.
- Investigate and rectify the root cause of repetitive incident tickets, performing complex analysis of reported defects to enable planning for issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to provide issue resolution, solutions, and service delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define integration requirements and translate those requirements into technical deliverables.
- Design and build complex system integrations or data flows and interfaces based on functional requirements.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations or flows, ensuring they run at optimal times and performance levels.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party contractors on system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide end-to-end ongoing support for already implemented integrations and interfaces.
**Selection Criteria: Qualifications & Experience**:
- Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, with exposure to various technical environments.
- Experience working with modern workplace technologies, including but not limited to Talend, PeopleSoft, Blackboard, Microsoft365, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Experience in integration development and administration/support or similar.
- Experience with SQL database administration is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with outcome-focused solutions.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and demonstrate professionalism with stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a changing work environment and know when to escalate challenging issues.
- Demonstrated skills in the analysis, assessment, design, specification, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise-level systems.
