About the service and role
This welcoming Early Childhood Service is centrally located in Wagga Wagga, close to schools, parks, and local amenities. You will work alongside a team of experienced and passionate educators who value connection, creativity, and collaboration.

Role and responsibilities
As the ECT in the Kindergarten room, you will:
Lead a team of educators and guide meaningful learning experiences
Design and evaluate programs tailored to each child\'s unique interests and strengths
Build relationships with families, schools, and the local community
Help the centre maintain or exceed the National Quality Standard
Our approach is informed by contemporary research and includes frameworks like Circle of Security, Project-Based Learning, and the Abecedarian Approach, giving you access to some of the most advanced early childhood pedagogies.
Qualifications
NESA registration (mandatory)
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
At least 12 months of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
Availability to work full-time on a rotating roster
Confidence in having meaningful discussions with families
Strong understanding of the planning cycle and early learning frameworks
