Insurance Broker Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team as an assistant. In this role, you will work closely with senior brokers to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in managing a portfolio of existing corporate and commercial clients
* Retaining and growing a book of small to medium SME clients
* Providing risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
* Undertaking general broking support tasks and providing customer service through timely action of client requests
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation is required
* Sunrise experience is required
* A high level of attention to detail
* Strong time management skills to meet key deadlines and prioritise work
* A strong drive and motivation, and the ability to work independently
