We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, training and mentoring Membership Consultants, and collaborating with the Club General Manager on daily operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets while providing coaching and guidance to Membership Consultants.
* Develop creative and effective techniques to generate leads and drive sales.
* Maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular progress reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
* Manage social media presence and engage with customers through online platforms.
* Support the Club General Manager in planning and executing external lead generation initiatives.
Requirements for Success:
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
* A results-driven individual with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
