Our client, a market-leading luxury property developer, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee upcoming remodelling works and future development projects across its premium Gold Coast assets.This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a respected developer, delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.You'll play a vital role in managing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property's high-end positioning.Here's What You'll Be Doing:Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes (DA).
