About The Meat & Wine Co
The Meat & Wine Co is an African‐inspired premium steakhouse that brings together an elevated steak program of premium meats, curated world‐class wines, and a commitment to the latest food trends, all within an opulent and contemporary design aesthetic energised by African cultural heritage. We are expanding with a new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026 and looking for passionate Line Cooks in the Larder section to join our opening kitchen team and help deliver the premium dining experience we are known for.

What we are looking for
* 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full‐service A La Carte restaurant
* Previous experience in Larder/Salad section
* Passion for quality food and premium hospitality
* Ability to perform under pressure in a high‐volume kitchen environment
* Robust communication and teamwork skills
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
* Flexible availability across a 7‐day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
