A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting a major global product transition. This role is central to a strategic initiative rollout across global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for contract and product-related activities.
- Lead workstreams aligned to phased product rollouts, managing both immediate and future deliverables.
- Review, interpret, and manage commercial contracts ensuring obligations are met and risks mitigated.
- Develop contingency plans based on contractual obligations to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Drive process improvement, contributing to the development of a more structured and scalable discontinuation framework for future use.
- Liaise closely with global and local stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, analytics, and bids & tenders teams.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Experience in contract analysis or similar roles involving contract lifecycle management and commercial risk.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading contract and product-related workstreams within large-scale or regulated industries.
- Skilled in ERP systems (SAP), Salesforce, MS Dynamics and Advanced Excel proficiency coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
