THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior IT Presales Solution Architect to join our IT Services division.

Reporting to our Head of Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales efforts by designing and delivering cutting-edge IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise networking solutions. You will be the trusted advisor to our customers, bridging their business needs with our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Success


• Own and achieve assigned sales targets through strategic solution design


• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to identify and qualify opportunities


• Support tender submissions and sales enablement activities

Design & Deliver Solutions


• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand current state and desired outcomes


• Create comprehensive solution documentation including architecture diagrams, statements of work, and cost models


• Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Build Lasting Relationships


• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong, sustainable relationships


• Conduct discovery audits and service delivery discussions


• Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency

Drive Innovation


• Stay current with emerging technologies, vendor certifications, and industry trends


• Develop reusable solutions and pricing models


• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to create new service offerings

Skills & Qualifications


• Extensive solution architecture experience in both delivery and pre-sales


• Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets


• Experience with Managed Services Providers serving mid-market customers seats)


• Strong background in business requirements gathering and technical documentation

Technical Skills:
You'll need deep expertise across multiple technology domains:


• Cloud and Infrastructure: Azure, AWS (IaaS, PaaS): Hyper-V, VMware, Backups and Disaster recovery solutions


• Cybersecurity: SOC, SIEM, MDR/EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, NIST, Essential 8


• Networking: SD-WAN/SASE, NGFW, WiFi, Fibre, NBN, Starlink, 5G


• Modern Workplace: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix


• Unified Communications: SIP, 8x8, Teams, Zoom

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Information Systems or similar


• Industry certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2,


• Advanced technical certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet, HPE, Veeam, Tenable, SentinelOne etc.
