Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Professional to connect business needs with technical delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who can capture and translate business and user requirements into actionable stories for agile development teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Capture business and user requirements (as stories for agile shops)
* Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
* Manage stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle-identifying, prioritising, modelling, and documenting business, process, and data requirements
* Represent stakeholder interests throughout planning, development, testing, and release processes
* Work with the platform team to develop release estimates
* Supports the testing effort
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption
* Develop processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows.
Required Skills
* Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge
* Minimum 3 years of experience in process design across ITSM Or Customer Service Management/ Field Service Management/ HR Service Delivery
