Senior Mental Health Nursing Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Mental Health team in Tasmania.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior clinical leader to step into the front line of mental health care delivery, working collaboratively across emergency, inpatient and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert mental health nursing care based on best practice frameworks;
* Undertake advanced assessments using specialist tools;
* Lead complex decision-making scenarios with nursing, medical and allied health teams;
About You
To be successful in this role you will have high-level clinical expertise in acute mental health nursing with 5+ years' postgraduate experience. You will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation including WHS requirements and clinical governance frameworks.
You should be confident working with complex presentations including comorbid mental health conditions.
