A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experiencedChange Manager to join a highly skilled team responsible for managing activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained. The successful Change Manager will be offered a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension option!
The successfulChange Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Developing and executing comprehensive change plans to support user transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
* Lead engagement efforts with diverse stakeholders, including those with varying levels of change maturity.
* Motivate and guide Change Champions to support successful change adoption.
* Monitor and report on progress toward business readiness targets, including key operational metrics and productivity measures.
The successfulChange Manager will have experience in the following:
* Proven experience managing change in complex IT environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead diverse groups.
* Expertise in business readiness planning, change impact assessments, and training development.
* Experience with change frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
