Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Orthopaedic Practice Nurse to join our growing team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to orthopaedic patients attending Fracture Clinic.
- Conduct pre-triage assessment to support the safe and productive flow of patients.
- Deliver plaster cast management and wound care in line with best practice standards.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment, care, and recovery.
- Manage medical supplies within budget allocations, ensuring resources are available and well maintained.
- Collaborate with Orthopaedic Registrars and other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver individualised care plans.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as Division 1 or Division 2 nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and customer-service focused approach
