As a HVAC technician at TVH, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time role based in Alice Springs NT 0870. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our customers' properties.

What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues
* Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating components
* Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections
* Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt, high-quality repairs
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
* Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in HVAC or a related trade
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
You must be able to pass a national police check, a Working with Children Check, also complete and pass in full a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
