About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will play a critical role in shaping the operational backbone of a fast‑growing, values‑led, direct‑to‑consumer brand with an expanding global footprint. This role will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Brand and Operations teams to drive business efficiency, scalability and execution. It is a hands‑on leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with practical operational delivery. The successful candidate will help transform strong momentum into sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Focus Areas
Operational Excellence
* Lead business operations across ecommerce, customer experience, people and culture, data, legal and compliance and international expansion.
* Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, cash flow and resource allocation.
* Build scalable systems and processes to support ongoing growth.
Strategy & Execution
* Translate high‑level strategy into executable operational plans and manage the operating cadence.
* Implement best‑practice frameworks for international expansion and operational scale.
* Support the executive team with data‑driven insights and decision‑making.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
* Partner with Product, Marketing and Brand leaders to align execution with commercial goals.
* Build strong operating rhythms across teams and functions.
* Foster a high‑performance, accountable culture.
Commercial & Financial Performance
* Drive profitability through disciplined cost management and growth initiatives.
* Oversee reporting, KPIs and performance tracking.
* Support investment decisions that enable long‑term value creation.
Risk & Governance
* Identify and manage operational risk.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader with a background in high‑growth, consumer‑led or e‑commerce environments.
You Bring
* Proven experience scaling operations in a growing business.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience managing digital platforms, logistics and customer experience at scale.
* A pragmatic, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to think strategically.
* Confident leadership style with the ability to influence and lead through change.
You’re comfortable operating in founder‑led businesses and enjoy building structure without slowing momentum.
