The Role and Our Company

Due to ongoing growth and the expansion of our operations, this leader in the Commercial, Civil and Industrial Fencing space is recruiting for a full-time Operations and Finance Coordinator. We have been operating in this market since 2011 and is regarded in our industry as offering the best combination of quality workmanship, price, and service.

We almost exclusively work on large-scale Commercial, Civil & Industrial projects with extensive projects across the Perth Metropolitan region.

We work from our new industrial facility in Bayswater, which is located perfectly central to all operations north and south. On-site parking available.

The role will deal directly with high-level B2B clients such as publicly traded companies and you should be comfortable dealing at this level.

Input on improvements is not only welcomed but encouraged. In a time when new apps and IT solutions launch daily, it is vital to keep an open mind to innovation. We encourage cloud-based solutions that can streamline our database and workflow.

Every day is different, but your time will be filled with some of the following:

* Preparing quotes for additional fencing works
* Scheduling and coordinating construction teams
* Managing purchase orders and procurement needs
* Processing weekly invoicing
* Responding to phone and email enquiries
* Identifying and offering additional services to customers
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and the wider supply chain
* Assisting with the upkeep of Work Health & Safety (WHS) documentation and HR records
* Managing records for licences, insurances, and contractual agreements
* Supporting the planning and delivery of projects

You

* The salary will suit the skills and experience of the applicant.
* Proficiency with the Office Suite; especially Excel and Outlook
* Experience with SimPRO is desirable but not essential
* Experience using CRM or ERP databases essential
* Great customer service skills on phones, email and in person.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* It is crucial that you are honest, reliable and hardworking
* The position is available now, but the starting date can be flexed to suit a good applicant.
