**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join their team in St Leonards with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Finance, you will be required to provide management accounting and commercial analysis for the non-emergency patient transport service provision across the state.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the preparation of performance reporting and monthly forecasting analytical models
- Manage all General Ledger accounts, month end and year end processes for nominated divisions
- Reconciliation of financial management reports
- Work collaboratively with the Business Advisory and Commercial teams to establish financial plans, budgets and forecasts
- Prepare responses to urgent requests for information
- Provide analysis and commentary on business unit performance
- Gather and collate data, generating evidence based reports, making recommendations to support decision making outcomes
- Perform in-depth analysis of transaction volume, trends and revenue drivers
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships facilitating engagement, participation, collaboration and contribution of ideas
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of internal control frameworks
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of controls associated with revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**

**Requirements**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting or a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated Commercial Analyst, Management Accountant or Finance Business Partnering experience
- CPA, ACCA or CA Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills and other financial modelling FP&A; tools
- Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
