Hotel Operations Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, leading a professional service culture and developing team morale.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to manage all departments during operating hours, resolve guest complaints efficiently, establish effective training procedures, and provide feedback as necessary.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Hotel Operations Manager will also support management in maintaining employee grooming standards, lead yearly performance reviews, and assist in budget preparation and stock control.

About You
We are looking for someone with hospitality experience in hotel operational management, strong knowledge of management preparation, and previous experience with H&L / Micros POS.
Apart from your technical skills, we are seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The salary for this role will be based on experience and qualifications, with a basic annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000 + superannuation.
