Key Responsibilities
* Governance & Board Support:
Coordinate Board and committee meetings, manage governance records, and support policy reviews.
* Human Resources Management:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and foster a respectful and engaging workplace culture.
* Operational & IT Oversight:
Liaise with IT vendors, manage digital systems, and ensure cybersecurity and operational continuity.
* Travel Coordination:
Organise travel logistics for the CEO and executive team, ensuring policy compliance and efficiency.
* Executive & Project Support:
Assist with strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in executive support, governance, HR, and operational management.
* Strong organisational skills, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* A proactive mindset aligned with strategic goals and operational excellence.
* Familiarity with the Northern Territory business environment and community engagement.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration, governance, HR, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit or membership-based organisation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and financial administration.
* NT Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regionally and attend events outside standard hours.
