This is a true business partnering role and requires someone who is highly skilled in collaborating with others.Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, the ideal person would be able to support our leaders across the realm of HR services and provide advice regarding employee and industrial relation matters. They would also be someone who is confident with providing advice to senior managers and can take initiative to source solutions while being well supported by the wider HR team.As part of AKG (Angus Knight Group) we are a national organisation that delivers essential services in employment, health and training services.
