About the Opportunity 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join our team in a key business partnering role. This position is responsible for managing labour and overhead allocations, executing the project ledger, and delivering accurate, timely financial insights to support critical decision-making. You’ll play a vital role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational success across the organisation. 
Responsibilities 
- Manage end-to-end labour and overhead allocation processes. 
- Execute and maintain the ASC project ledger with accuracy and timeliness. 
- Deliver financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. 
- Ensure compliance with contracts, ASC policies, and relevant accounting standards. 
- Partner with key stakeholders including cost account managers, capability managers, and executives. 
- Support project invoicing and cost tracking to ensure financial transparency. 
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems and processes. 
About you 
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, with full membership in ASCPA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent. 
- Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis. 
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. 
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
