Driven Sales Professional Sought for Regional Territory Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our Australia Surgical Innovations team. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Advanced Surgical Technologies portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Gold Coast region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
* Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customers.
* Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and / or services.
* Promote and establish education of the company's products and / or services.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can:
* Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Business related discipline is essential.
* Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a successful track record in medical devices.
* Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
* Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
