Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
About the Role: As a People and Culture Advisor, you will partner with leaders across a broad operational portfolio to support the full employee lifecycle, from performance management and training to industrial relations and recruitment. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and vital to the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and support across performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
* Coach and mentor operational leaders to drive a positive and inclusive culture.
* Support recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
* Lead and support training and development initiatives.
* Interpret EBAs and awards, and advise on complex employee/industrial relations matters.
* Drive change initiatives and embed best-practice people strategies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated HR generalist experience, ideally within the construction industry or a related industrial environment.
* Strong working knowledge of EBAs and award interpretation.
* Proven capability in employee relations – including performance management and investigations.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the confidence to navigate strong personalities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of adaptability.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
