Key Responsibilities

* Student Support:
* Assist students with enrolment processes, course information, and general inquiries.
* Provide guidance and support to students throughout their studies.
* Coordinate student orientation sessions and other support services.
* Respond to student emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Accounts Assistance:
* Manage student accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
* Assist with financial record keeping and reporting.
* Process student refunds and manage accounts receivable.
* Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

* Qualifications:
* A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
* 1 Year Experience in a similar role within an educational institution is highly desirable.
* Understanding of RTO/CRICOS compliance requirements.
* Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with student management systems (SMS) and financial software.( XERO)
* Attributes:
* A proactive and positive attitude.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28 per hour -$30 per hours

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Benefits:
