The Role
With recent growth, our client is now looking to employ a site engineer, and an individual who will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects involving bulk earthworks, clearing land, and to work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily site activities in line with project schedules and specifications
* Assist with planning, programming, and sequencing of works
* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to scope and quality standards
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements
* Prepare and maintain project documentation including ITPs, RFIs, and progress reports
* Support cost control, procurement, and forecasting activities
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Previous experience as a Site or Project Engineer within civil infrastructure or land development
* Strong understanding of site-based delivery, including earthworks, roads, and services
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Solid communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
* Commitment to safety and quality outcomes

* Salary between $120k - $140k + Superannuation (Depending on Experience)
